Es ist ein emblematisches Geb\u00e4ude des Architekten Ricardo Bofill Levi in der Urbanisation La Manzanera. Seine Entstehung wurde 1973 abgeschlossen, obwohl der Entwurf nach Angaben des Architekten selbst zehn Jahre fr\u00fcher begann. Mit anderen Worten, wir w\u00fcrden von einer Antike von fast 6 Jahrzehnten sprechen, mehr als ein halbes Jahrhundert.<br><br>Die Konfiguration des Geb\u00e4udes in Anlehnung an die konstruktivistische \u00c4sthetik erzeugt eine Abfolge von H\u00f6fen, die miteinander verbunden sind, von denen aus man die H\u00e4user betritt.<br><br>Wie in anderen Geb\u00e4uden in Bofill unterteilen sich die \u00fcberdachten Terrassen in Solarien, ein Schwimmbad und eine Sauna. Seine Struktur entspricht einem geometrischen Plan, der von der griechischen Kreuztypologie unterst\u00fctzt wird, die sich auf unterschiedliche Weise trifft und die Servicet\u00fcrme an der Kreuzung der Kreuze bel\u00e4sst.<br><br>An sich ist es ein deutlicher Hinweis auf die \u00fcbliche mediterrane und arabische Architektur, insbesondere auf die nordafrikanischen Lehmziegelt\u00fcrme und die Kasbah. Die Art der Nutzung des Geb\u00e4udes mit unterschiedlicher Farbpalette beginnt mit dem Ziel, den unterschiedlichen architektonischen Elementen entsprechend ihrer baulichen Funktionalit\u00e4t ein pr\u00e4zises Relief zu bieten.<br><br>Das Geb\u00e4ude erscheint katalogisiert im Rathaus von Calpe mit der Vollverwahrungsstufe. Im Jahr 2012 fand eine Ausstellung \u00fcber das Geb\u00e4ude mit dem Namen &#8222;LA MURALLA ROJA&#8220; statt, die nach der Idee des Rathauses von Calpe durchgef\u00fchrt wurde und zuerst in unserem Rathaus und sp\u00e4ter im Museum der Fakult\u00e4t von Alicante (MUA) besichtigt werden konnte. .
